Awful Awful Customer Service. I purchased shoes from them a month ago and did not wear them often. There was a problem with the sole - I assume a manufacturing defect. Initially the store told me I could exchange them and then they changed their mind because they were worn. They do not stand behind their products and I would not purchase from them again!!!!

Very disappointed. Selection of ladie's coats seem to be old styles, nothing new. I think a better word would be 'tired' looking. Also, not as cheap as I thought. With the dept store sales and coupons I did much better at Macy*s.

just walked through your stores you have great stuff! LOVED the ladies clothing its so cute! i didn't even know you had that in your stores...you should promote that more
