The prices at the store are very reasonable. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. With that said a $19.99 pair of knockoff Uggs may not last you a life time. I purchased 2 coats for myself and 1 for my husband and I can honestly say I love them. I stop in everytime I'm in the neighborhood to see the new merchandise. Yes - it has been confirmed by the manager today. Any item that is worn and found to have a defect will NOT be issued any type of return or exchange. NOT A GREAT WAY TO START OUT A BUSINESS IN PARAMUS!
